Our friendly team at our Minworth are now recruiting for an experienced Driver Trainer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!
As the Driver Trainer you will be responsible for delivering driver related training, evaluate and monitor the impact of training on Great Bear Drivers.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Salary: £41,263 per annum.
Key Duties of a Driver Trainer
Deliver training relating to drivers’ hours / tachographs / WTD rules and regulations to new and existing drivers.
Maintain up to date training records and be proactive in identifying training needs.
Update Great Bear Distribution Drivers’ Manual as and when required.
Deliver manual handling and refresher training.
Deliver training regarding SAFED/ Fuel Economy and Defensive Driving.
