Role Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and onboarding, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term scalability and efficiency.
• Own the strategy and execution of two critical pillars of growth: Top‑of‑Funnel Acquisition and Conversion, Product, and Lifecycle Optimization across Spanish‑speaking Latin America.
• Lead and develop two high‑performing teams, driving sustainable supply growth through a combination of channel excellence, product‑led conversion, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead two teams: an Acquisition team managing top‑of‑funnel channels and a Conversion & Product team focused on onboarding funnels, CRM initiatives, in‑app experience, and product features that drive activation and early lifecycle success.
