Job Description

Class 1 Driver (Local Delivery)
Location: Nanaimo
Wage: $33.35/hour 
Schedule: Day shift (10 hour shifts)

 Pac Rim Distribution is hiring experienced Class 1 Drivers for local delivery work across on Vancouver Island. This role is best suited for professionals who take pride in their work, value consistency, and prefer staying active throughout the day rather than spending hours behind the wheel alone. 

If you’re looking for a hands-on driving role where you are part of a strong team and build real relationships with customers, this is the opportunity. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

  • Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driving record 
  • Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience 
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 45 lbs 
  • Bondable (able to pass a background check) 
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
