· Monitor driver enquiries and support cases.
· Coordinate driver onboarding and documentation.
· Monitor JoyClass training execution and attendance.
· Support training-related driver enquiries.
· Coordinate with Operations for training logistics.
· Contact drivers and follow up on JoyClass training attendance, document submissions, and operational requirements.
· Manage driver communications across official channels.
· Support driver engagement activities and operational campaigns.
· Handle driver walk-in support cases.
