Schedule:
14/14 Rotation (12/h days and nights)
Duration:
6 months contract
The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of drilling operations across multiple mining rigs on site. This role provides frontline leadership to drilling crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards, production targets, and equipment performance expectations within an open-pit oil sands mining environment.
The Supervisor plays a critical role in aligning daily drilling activities with mine plans while driving continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and operational reliability.
Expectation is 80% of the day in the field visiting assigned rigs, ensuring Safe Quality Execution and providing safety and operational guidance.
