YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Senior Integrated Operations Supervisor, you will be part of the Integrated Operations Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Coordinate real-time dispatching of drill and auxiliary equipment (dozers, graders, water trucks, loaders etc.) to meet daily production and maintenance plans;
Manage operator assignments, equipment allocation, and pit logistics to ensure safe and efficient operations;
Adjust dispatching during blasting events, coordinating road closures, equipment relocations, and re-openings;
Support crusher operations by organizing auxiliary equipment for dump pocket cleaning and choke feeding;
Monitor safety-critical systems (e.g., TARP, lightning alarms, fatigue alerts) and respond according to protocol...
