Job Description
The HVAC Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The role requires expertise in AutoCAD and HVAC drafting standards, with a strong focus on coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications, local codes, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Develop HVAC layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, drainage systems, and equipment installation.
Prepare HVAC sections, elevations, schematics, and installation details in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings to identify and resolve clashes.
