Technical Drawings & Design
Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
Produce site layouts, subdivision plans and development drawings
Update and amend existing development plans
Convert historical drawings into accurate digital formats
Maintain drawing registers and revision control
Township Development
Prepare township establishment drawings
Assist with township layout planning
Produce subdivision and consolidation plans
Support land use applications
Prepare development documentation for municipal submissions
Land Redevelopment
Prepare drawings for the redevelopment of former mining land
Assist with site redevelopment planning
Update historical development plans
Support land rehabilitation and redevelopment projects
Ensure drawings reflect current development requirements
Property Development Support
