Job Description
The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and technical manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks to support the engineering and production teams. The role focuses on the design and detailing of components and assemblies used in underground mechanized mining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare detailed fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings from engineering concepts, sketches, and prototypes.
- Assist with design modifications, revisions, and updates based on engineering feedback and production requirements.
- Perform tolerance analysis and ensure drawings meet ISO/GD&T standards.
