Draughting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the drafting team. Allocate workload and manage departmental resources. Ensure all drawings meet engineering, quality, and manufacturing requirements. Conduct final reviews and approvals of technical drawings. Establish and maintain drafting standards, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate activities between engineering, production, maintenance, and project teams. Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables are achieved on time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design office. Conduct performance management, coaching, and development of team members. Support product development and engineering improvement projects. Manage document control and engineering change processes. Prepare departmental reports and provide management feedback on project progress and resource requirements.
