Drainage Operator – Central Otago (Permanent Full Time)
About the role
You’ll assist with installing drainage systems, support trenching and pipe laying, and keep sites running efficiently, helping us deliver high‑quality infrastructure and keep essential water systems flowing across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and maintenance of drainage systems on site.
- Operate hand tools and assist with machinery where required.
- Prepare trenches, lay pipes, and complete backfilling tasks.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised worksite.
- Work closely with your team to keep jobs running safely and on track.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to deliver quality work on time.
Key Qualifications
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence (required).
- Class 4 licence and WTR endorsements (required).
