Tony Gee is seeking an exceptional Drainage Director to lead and grow our drainage capability, shaping the technical direction, people development, and strategic delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the UK.
About the Role
As Drainage Director, you will provide senior leadership across all aspects of drainage design, across all the sectors in which we operate. You will set the technical vision, drive innovation, and ensure our teams deliver robust, sustainable, and buildable solutions that reflect Tony Gee's reputation for engineering excellence.
You will work closely with heads of sector, project directors and clients to influence early design decisions, strengthen our market position, and support the continued expansion of our drainage and hydrology offering.
