Job Description
QS cum Draftperson
- Plan, Prepare, schedules works and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
- Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.
- Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project.
- Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner, responsible in the overall quantity take off resources (eg. Material, man hours), analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order.
- Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes.
- Attend to customer enquiry and conduct survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary. <...
