Dormitory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations Oversee day-to-day dormitory operations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping Carry out regular inspections of rooms and shared facilities 2. Resident Management Manage check-in and check-out of workers Keep accurate and up-to-date resident records (e.g., names, employers, room assignments) Enforce dormitory rules and regulations Address and handle residents' feedback and complaints 3. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with regulations under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act Monitor fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting Coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections when necessary 4. Maintenance Coordination Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance and repairissues Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure proper facility upkeep 5.
