Position Summary: Donations Processing Representatives (DPR) join our Donor Services team. This operational role focuses on customer service, data processing, and modern, system‑based donation environments.

Job Purpose

As a member of the Donor Services team, the Donations Processing Representative provides campaign gift, commitments, payment, and designation processing services while delivering high‑level customer service and supporting a positive donor experience. This role supports year‑round processing operations and campaign delivery.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

This position is regular part‑time with seasonal fluctuations as follows:

• Campaign season (approximately Sept–Mar): full‑time hours (35 hours, 5 days per week) based on operational needs
