Domiciliary Carer

Shift Pattern:Monday - Sunday 20 Hours per week

Main duties and responsibilities

• Monitoring and reporting patients' health needs. and contributing to the development of care in care plans and complete interventions as described.
• Supporting the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed. and providing emotional support to residents.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, support staff, and external allied health practitioners.
• Documenting all interventions and patient responses. and ensuring compliance with best practice in a private home care setting.<...
