Domestic Sales Lead

At Johnsons, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Domestic Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing professional advice, accurate quotations, and excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with customers. The Domestics Sales Lead will be based in the Staffordshire area, with nationwide travel where necessary. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming domestic removals enquiries via telephone, email, website, and other channels. Arrange and conduct home surveys (virtual or in-person) where required. Assess customers' removal requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
