The Document Controller ensures that all project documentation is structured, reliable, and usable throughout the project lifecycle.
It requires ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to create order in dynamic project environments.
You will work closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams to ensure that documents are available, correct, and aligned with project requirements.
Manage the full document lifecycle (creation, review, approval, distribution, archiving)
Ensure all project documents are correctly named, versioned, and structured
Set up and maintain document management systems (e.g. Viewpoint, SharePoint, etc.)
