We are looking for a Documentation/Financial Analyst
Main Tasks
- Draft and review legal confirmations ;
- Review trades (risk booking, term sheets) prior to client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines .
- Resolve confirmation discrepancies and manage client affirmation or litigation requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams globally.
