Awareness of Company’s Quality Policy.
Register of the incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence in the database and distribution to the
person in charge.
Ensure that the distribution is carried out on basis of a distribution list.
Organisation, origination and pursuit of the project files and documentation (see PG 3301 to PG3303) for the
contracted ILF Company in coordination with the project manager.
Adherence to mission statement (see PG1101), to IMS system and further company-specific documents.
Ensure documents submission to the client in a timely manner.
Sets up filing system that can be used by all unit staff members.
Give support in documentation issues like using the EDMS, preparing lists in Excel, etc.
