JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and grow business within existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with plant managers, engineering teams, operations leaders, and decision-makers. Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical recommendations to optimize water treatment programs. Analyze customer systems and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability. Execute territory sales plans and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
