District Nursing Sister/Senior Staff nurse

Job summary
The post holder will work as part of a District Nursing Team to provide nursing care without direct supervision for patients registered with GPs within Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust based at Balance st in Uttoxeter. The post holder will participate in the ongoing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care adhering to policies and procedures. Strict confidentiality regarding all information concerning patients, staff and sensitive Trust business will be maintained at all times, in accordance with Caldicott Guidance and Data Protection Act 1998. To participate in the provision of effective pre and post registration learning experience for students and new members of staff. The Post is advertised for DN but will consider Senior staff nurse for the right applicant.
