DM1: Central & East Manila, Bicol

DM2: East Central GMA, South Luzon, Bicol/Palawan



Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced District Manager to lead a pharmaceutical sales team and ensure strong execution of sales and marketing strategies within the assigned territory. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and driving overall district performance.



Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement & Revenue Growth

Execute strategic plans to achieve district sales targets

Monitor product performance and implement actions to sustain growth

Ensure strong product movement and inventory management across key accounts



Territory Business Management

Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Maintain and update target Medical Doctors (MDs) master list
