District Chief Midwife - Maternity Leadership & Equity

Health New Zealand - Te Tai Tokerau is seeking a Chief Midwife to provide professional, strategic and operational leadership across Te Tai Tokerau maternity services. The role is based in Whangārei and focuses on safe, equitable, whānau-centred care.

You will lead workforce development, clinical governance and quality improvement, and partner with iwi, hapū, clinicians and national networks to drive improved maternity outcomes for Northland's diverse population.
