Distribution Operations Manager

Audiogest is the Portuguese Collective Management Organisation responsible for licensing, collecting and distributing neighbouring rights for recorded music.

We are looking for a Distribution Operations Manager to play a key role in repertoire management, rights distribution and member support, helping us build more transparent, data-driven and efficient distribution processes for the benefit of rights holders.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support periodic distribution cycles.

• Manage repertoire, ownership and mandate information.

• Resolve ownership claims and disputes.

• Monitor held balances and support their resolution.

• Support members on repertoire registration, statements and payments.

• Deliver training and guidance to members.

• Collaborate with international partners and CMOs.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
