**職務内容:**

+ Act as the **primary on-site coordinator** for SPL FSL warehouse operations
+ Support **service parts logistics** , ensuring timely availability of critical spare parts
+ Manage daily operations:
+ Inbound / outbound
+ Inventory control & cycle counts
+ RMA & scrap handling
+ Ensure **SLA compliance** with urgent and time-critical shipments
+ Coordinate with customers, internal teams (UPS SP, CCC), and field engineers
+ Operate WMS (Splus) and support FSL systems across network
+ Prepare operational reports and monitor **KPIs (accuracy, on-time delivery)**
