We are seeking a talented Distribution Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of distribution routes for an Engineering and Construction Services Contractor. This role does not require a licensed engineer but focuses on long-term distribution engineering for notable clients in the energy sector.
Responsibilities
+ Receive scope of work and complete distribution designs.
+ Redesign existing lines as needed.
+ Convert overhead systems to underground and vice versa.
+ Perform field visits to collect measurements and photographs.
+ Review site conditions and right-of-way (ROW) requirements.
+ Create and update design maps.
+ Enter point-by-point designs into company systems.
+ Support permitting efforts with city, county, and state agencies.
