Ipex is seeking a results-driven permanent, full time Distribution Centre Manager to lead warehouse and yard operations at the Ipex Winnipeg distribution centre. The focus is on ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, managing inventory and logistics, and developing a high-performing team.

• Oversee daily distribution operations in line with company standards
