Disputes & Recovery Manager - Credit Card Payments

Marina Bay Sands is looking for a professional to support the Assistant Financial Controller in managing credit card disputes across various platforms. The role involves conducting thorough investigations into disputes and chargebacks, preparing documentation, and maintaining knowledge of the dispute lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
