:Reporting to the General Supervisor, Mine, you will be part of the Mine Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Actively dispatch resources, taking various factors into account from multiple sources of information, to achieve optimal performance and meet daily objectives, safely and as planned;
Monitor production and assist field supervisors in shift decision making;
Operate various equipment from the surface. (Ventilation, pumping systems, and others);
Verify that all practices and procedures are performed with respect to the defined regulations;
Take over accountability officer role in the event of a mine emergency. (Public announcement, Stench gas release, guide mine personnel to the nearest safe area, proceed to headcount on tag...
