We are seeking a dedicated dispatcher for a reputable client in the transportation industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating driver runs for afternoon and evening deliveries, ensuring seamless operations within a fleet of 30-35 trucks.

Responsibilities

• Set up driver runs for afternoon and evening deliveries.
• Review and respond to dispatch-related emails.
• Enter driver runs into Truckmate system.
• Coordinate arrival and departure of city P&D.
• Print manifests and working copies as needed.
• Conduct driver check-ins and ensure all pickups are assigned and covered.
• Provide customer service via phone for pickup entries and inquiries.
• Handle any driver-related issues.
• Validate city pickups and print dock stickers.
