Job Description
To support dispatch team in dispatch activities, in accordance to the delivery plan, enabling the company to meet its commercial/site objective
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.
- Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement.
- Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.
- Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage.
- Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes and maintain accurate records of all returned materials.
