Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting dispatchers with the coordination of daily deliveries
  • Processing and updating dispatch information
  • Preparing and managing dispatch documentation
  • Data entry and system updates
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • General administration duties as required

Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience or knowledge within the transport or logistics industry is advantageous but not essential

Hours of Work

  • 11:00am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Temporary assignment for approximately 3-6 months
