About the RoleAre you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? A premier Australian glass and aluminium manufacturer is seeking an experienced, focused, and organized Transport / Despatch Supervisor to lead our NSW operations.
This isn’t just a desk job. You will be the heartbeat of our delivery stream, ensuring our range of laminated, toughened, and decorative glass products reaches the building, automotive, and marine industries on time and in perfect condition. You will manage an internal fleet and drivers (not 3PL), maintaining full control over quality and safety.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive Performance: Lead the team with clear communication to hit DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Proactively manage CoR, BFM, load restraint, and fleet maintenance.
