The role includes leading the dispatch team and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Operations

• Oversee end-to-end long-haul dispatch process from planning to execution


• Ensure accurate picking, checking, and loading of all consignments


• Maintain alignment between physical stock, documentation, and Syspro

Transport Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters and 3PL providers


• Ensure optimal vehicle utilisation and legal load compliance
