Dispatch & Fleet Lead - Early Start, Customer-Focused

Gilmours Tauranga, part of the Foodstuffs North Island co-operative, seeks a Dispatch Manager to lead our transport and dispatch team. You will own end-to-end coordination of the truck fleet, ensuring orders and invoices reach customers on time, in full, and in good condition.

This hands-on leadership role requires 3+ years in transport, strong team leadership, and a customer-focused approach. An early-start operation with 45 hours weekly awaits the right candidate.
