Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for student-related incidents.
- Obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports.
- Liaise with parents regarding investigation progress and outcomes.
- Supervise Behavioural Detention Classes (BDC) and Corrective Work Orders (CWO).
- Support the management of students on in-house suspension or sent out of class.
- Maintain discipline records, prepare reports and statistics, and perform data entry.
- Monitor student reporting channels and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Assist with student management administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a uniformed service (e.g., Police, Prison Service, or equivalent) with youth-related case investigation experience.
