Director/Senior Director, Global Sourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing Director to lead our Category Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of market dynamics.


Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute enterprise-wide category strategies that deliver optimal cost, quality, and service outcomes, aligned with long-term business objectives.
+ Spearhead end-to-end governance of high-value, complex RFPs, driving transparency, accountability, and stakeholder alignment across global business units.
+ Champion enterprise-wide Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategies, embedding best practices across Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, HR, and Insurance to strengthen value delivery and risk resilience.
