Director/Parks Development

The Parks Development branch works with various stakeholders to develop green spaces that enhance recreational options and living environments for Singaporeans, supporting Singapore’s transformation into a City in Nature.

You will lead a team of officers in developing and rejuvenating parks and park connectors.

• Supervise contracting firms to deliver projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Ensure corporate and project governance, and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Plan, secure, and manage resources.
• Oversee procurement processes to appoint contracting firms.
• Maintain oversight of multiple projects throughout the entire development lifecycle from planning to post‑completion stage.
• Work with partners and stakeholders across the public and private sectors on multi‑agency projects and integrated developments.
