Overview This role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2 B business. You will build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high‑velocity, compliant growth, spanning Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI‑enabled decision‑making. What you’ll do Strategic Finance & FP&A Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2 B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics. Build and own the B2 B forecast model – pipeline‑to‑revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash. Lead financial storytelling for B2 B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy. Move FP&A from manual to predictive: introduce AI‑powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure.
