Director Supply Chain Planning

A MNC Supplier for the Semiconductor industry is seeking for a Supply Chain Director (Demand Planning) to lead the Demand Planning team and take on a vital role to transform improvements in the planning processes.

You will handle and perform analysis on demand data, work closely with Sales and Business leaders to continuously improve to create an accurate, actionable, and aligned demand signal. You will collaborate with senior management to develop strategy and ensure operational effectiveness, improving both short term and long-term outcomes.

Being a leader you will require to balance tactical execution and able to be forward thinking for the future. You will take on the role as the Asia champion for Planning as well as being first point of contact for exchange of feedback and communicate improvements to Plants, Sales, and Planning.
