Director – Strategy & Future Department(UAE National)

Develop, review and implement the Ministry’s strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with government priorities and organizational objectives. Lead the formulation and review of public policies, strategic studies and future-focused initiatives that support the Ministry’s vision and long‑term direction. Prepare, develop and periodically review the Ministry’s local partnership strategy in coordination with relevant organizational units and external stakeholders. Direct and oversee the performance of the department’s organizational units, ensuring effective governance, operational efficiency and the elimination of duplication across functions. Establish, monitor and evaluate strategic and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
