We are seeking an experienced climate and energy professional to join the Climate Practice at WTW in a consulting and advisory capacity. This role combines business development, client advisory, and project delivery, with a strong focus on climate transition risk, scenario analysis, and financial quantification. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop revenue pipelines, manage multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted technical expert supporting corporate clients and asset owners in navigating climate-related risks, regulatory requirements, and strategic responses.
