Director of Strategic Change (Rotation 30 months) – Toronto

Accountability
The Director is responsible for Change Management and Culture within Hydro One.
Change Management
- Apply project‑level process to manage the people side of system, process and organizational changes to achieve objectives.
- Serve as a competency for managers and business leaders to enable organizational change.
- Act as a strategic capability to accelerate changes within the organization and culture.
