• Monitor state legislation and regulatory activities to advise on potential impacts to the company
• Develop and execute strategies to shape state policy through direct lobbying and engagement of third‑party coalitions
• Create proactive and reactive policy agendas to support the product pipeline
• Assess the public policy environment to recommend legislative or regulatory actions
