Director Sourcing, Bags & Accessories

We are seeking a Director Sourcing, Bags & Accessories to lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy across our Europe supply base. This is a critical leadership role that will shape the foundation of our overseas bags and accessories supply chain and will report to the future VP of Global Sourcing, Bags and Accessories.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships (both first‑party vendors and third‑party vendors) for Europe based Bags and Accessories categories, including Handbags, Belts, Luggage, Eyewear, Socks, Soft Accessories and Tech Acc.
• Lead vendor onboarding, quality reviews, and commercial negotiations to improve PCOGS and margins.
• Drive operational rigor across the regional supply base: improve lead times, on‑time delivery, and production SLAs.
