Sprinklr is looking for a Director of Solutions Consulting. This role is responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants (SCs) in their designated region and subject matter expertise, coaching on opportunities, serving as a solutions sponsor within key accounts, and recruiting and developing team members.
As the Director of Solutions Consulting, you will be the business leader across your region working closely with sales, marketing, post sales, product and finance to accelerate growth and deliver customer value. You will be the primary contact for your team of Solutions Consultants and directly aligned with your region’s success. You will manage their training, development, and growth, regularly observing them in the field and providing feedback. You will guide them in setting and achieving goals and ensure they are trained on industry-specific use cases and product enhancements as the platform evolves.
