Position Overview
The Director, Security & Compliance serves as the senior security and risk leader for assigned business units within Amphenol High Speed IO (HSIO). Operating within a divisional CISO model, this role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, physical security, and operational resilience.
The Director is accountable for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive security, risk, and compliance framework that protects information assets, manufacturing operations, intellectual property, employees, and customers while enabling business growth, acquisitions, and global expansion.
