About the Position
Evergreen Hospice is entering a critical phase of growth, with the development of a hospice residence and increasing demand for community-based services. To support this next phase, Evergreen is seeking a Director of Fundraising to build and lead a structured, sustainable fundraising function. This role will move Evergreen from a reactive funding approach to a proactive, strategic fundraising model—with explicit ownership, robust donor relationships, and consistent revenue generation.

- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising.
- Build and manage relationships with individual, corporate, and community donors.
