Aberia Disability Services is building homes where each person is treated as an individual – as the main character of their own life. The work is based on respect, presence, and client‑centered daily routines. Koivukallio is Aberia's first residential unit for people with intellectual disabilities in Finland. It will open in September2026 in Siekkilä, Mikkeli, and is specifically designed for clients on the autism spectrum and those requiring intensive support. The unit offers 24‑hour supported living in small groups, with daily routines tailored to each client's needs.

What does the work involve?
